Jon is the founder of Tap Cancer Out, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) nonprofit and host of the most philanthropic martial arts events in the world. Tap Cancer Out unites the grappling community to make a tangible difference in this world by supporting those organizations that help fight cancer every day. Jon and his wife Becky run the nonprofit in the slivers of spare time in between their jobs in the advertising world.
When not working on Tap Cancer Out or training as a purple belt in BJJ, Jon is the Communications Director at Story Worldwide, a global digital content marketing agency where he develops social media and content strategies for brands including Starz and Unilever. He is also spearheads the agency’s “Post-Advertising” brand, producing thought leadership for the agency in the form of weekly blog posts, a monthly newsletter, e-books and social media listening and engagement.
In order to leave absolutely no free time in his life, Jon is also the founder of Presentation Advisors, a presentation design consultancy, and a noted speaker in the areas of brand storytelling and effective presenting.
