In his dual and complementary roles as Chief Product Strategist and Master Facilitator, Kristian Ribberström perfectly combines his 10 years of experience in education, curriculum development, and facilitation. His hands-on, client-facing work with clients such as Boehringer Ingelheim, Pfizer, ITT, MetLife, NIKE, and Sanofi-Aventis as well as public sector, NGO and nonprofit organizations such as the State of Michigan, the City of San Jose, Concern Worldwide, and Points of Light deeply informs his role as Chief Product Strategist. In this role, he oversees the development, customization and fine-tuning of The Medici Group’s products and services to meet the innovation, growth, and transformation needs of a global client base.
Previously, Kristian taught philosophy and languages in Sweden and developed case study methodology in various entrepreneurial settings. He studied education in England, taught English and eco-empowerment in France, and fostered exchanges between students from Sweden and Europe. Naturally, Kristian is passionate about exploring intersections between different cultures, migrations, and multi-ethnic societies. Kristian holds a B.A. and M.A. in Education and Language Arts from the University of Gothenburg, Sweden.
