As Executive Director of Global Learning and Development at Bay Path University, Stephen is responsible for finding leadership development experts to create and lead professional development experiences for first time managers and emerging leaders.
As Co-Director of the Summer Venture Program at Babson College, Stephen worked with student teams to launch their new ventures. At Babson, he also developed Design Thinking curricula for a new university in Saudi Arabia and has taught courses in entrepreneurship with students from Babson and Olin College of Engineering. At Babson he is also delivering workshops for emerging entrepreneurs in the US and Kuwait.
As an innovation and new venture consultant, Stephen has worked with: US Olympic Committee, Center for Medical Simulation, Ford Motor Company, Polaroid, The Jim Henson Company, Creative Education Foundation, Children’s Television Workshop,WNET –New York, WGBH-Boston, and the Anchorage Museum. Before academia, Stephen was the President of The National Inventors Hall of Fame,VP of Liberty Science Center and Director of Outreach at the Boston Museum of Science.
Stephen has a master’sin interactive technology in education from Harvard University and a doctor of management degree from Case Western Reserve University. He continues his doctoral research looking at the early inspirations and environments that spark innovators, inventors and entrepreneurs.
